Order and serviceability
Submitting a request does not guarantee service. An order becomes final only after TechGeeks confirms feasibility, plan, fees, equipment, installation scope, schedule, and customer details in an approved order summary.
Plans, pricing, and charges
The final order summary must state the monthly rate, setup fee, applicable taxes or included taxes, recurring add-ons, site-specific work, deposit if any, and payment schedule. Website information is subject to correction before an order is accepted.
Installation and property access
The customer must provide accurate location details, safe access, suitable power, and property or landlord permission. Non-standard cabling, mounting, civil work, difficult access, or return visits may require approval and additional charges.
Performance and availability
Speeds are plan targets rather than a guarantee on every device. Performance may vary with network conditions, WiFi setup, interference, device capability, active users, maintenance, weather, outages, and factors outside TechGeeks control.
Equipment
The order summary must identify which equipment is customer-owned, purchased, rented, loaned, or managed by TechGeeks, together with care, return, replacement, and warranty responsibilities.
Billing and payment
Customers must use approved payment channels and keep references. Applicable due dates, posting times, late-payment handling, reconnection, disputed-payment procedures, refunds, and fees are stated in the approved order or account notice.
Changes, relocation, suspension, and cancellation
Plan changes and relocation require review. TechGeeks may limit or suspend service for nonpayment, unsafe conditions, unlawful use, network harm, or material policy violations. Applicable notice periods, cancellation procedures, final billing, equipment return, and refunds are stated in the approved order or written service notice.
Support and notices
Support requests should include the exact location and useful evidence. Planned maintenance, area incidents, and material account notices should use the approved status and contact channels.
Order-specific terms
The approved order summary and current written service notices supplement these public terms with customer-specific pricing, equipment, dates, and service details.
