Frequently asked questions
Clear answers before service starts.
Review the common coverage, installation, performance, billing, and support questions before sending a request.
Does a listed barangay guarantee service?
No. Listed areas are open for checks, but the exact property still needs a feasibility review for signal or cable path, mounting, power, infrastructure, and access.
Which plan is currently open for availability checks?
RDJL Residential 50 is shown as open for checks. Higher residential tiers and Business Essentials 200 remain marked coming soon until capacity work is ready.
What information is needed for a coverage check?
Send the barangay, purok or sitio, nearest landmark, exact address, Google Maps pin when available, plan interest, and best contact number.
What does the setup fee cover?
The final order summary should state the installation work, standard equipment, mounting or cabling assumptions, and any site-specific charges before scheduling. This must be confirmed for each order.
Are advertised speeds guaranteed over WiFi?
No. Actual performance can vary with location, network conditions, WiFi placement, device capability, interference, active users, and busy-hour demand.
How do I report an outage or slow service?
Check the network-status page first, then send a support request with the exact location, start time, router lights, affected devices, and whether one customer or a wider area is affected.
How should payment problems be reported?
Keep the amount, date and time, payment method, subscriber name, and transaction reference. Send them only through the official billing workflow and never post payment proof publicly.
Can service be moved to another property?
Relocation requires a new feasibility review. Existing equipment, account standing, installation requirements, and any relocation charge must be confirmed before work is scheduled.
Still need a location-specific answer?
Send the exact address and question through the service desk.
